PlayFacto in my view provides an outstanding learning environment for our child. Our child enjoys every day there and love the teachers. Our child was able to settled in and connect quickly with the teachers and new friends. The teachers were on task with homework, spelling and 听写, we simply send them the list and they get it sort out automatically. We get WhatsApp update on the words we need to follow up with our child. As for homework, it’s all settled in PlayFacto and we get to enjoy quality family time after. Home Based Learning tasks were carried out smoothly. During the June holiday they had weekly line up of interesting activities. On days we did not send our child to the center, they send out invite for zoom session with our child for online engagement during some of the activities. The center is small but this in turns helps provide for a close knitted caring environment where everyone knows each other. Teacher engagement is fantastic and their door is always open. We are able to talk and feedback freely during pick up time or else they are just a WhatsApp away. We also like it when teachers made effort to correct our child’s behavior and feedback to us on it. Reports on out child’s performance and progress are provided in written form on the worksheets. There is also itemized log of daily activities that we received at the end of each term. We are delighted that we made this decision.

She made friends right from Day 1 and we didn't need to worry about homework or upcoming spelling etc. Apart from those requiring parental participation or are digital in nature, she had no trouble completing what she needs to at student care. The centre also works with parents to nurture positive behaviours in children. Someone in the review section mentioned the virtual sessions during the circuit breaker period. I'm grateful for this as well since it kept my girl busy while I worked. She looked forward to the engaging sessions all the time.

I am very pleased and happy to put my girl enrichment time with PlayFACTO. Keep up the good job to all PlayFACTO staffs! My daughter has been with the centre since its opening in 2021 and I have to compliment the centre director and my daughter’s teacher for taking good care of my daughter for her after school care. My daughter settled in very quickly in its rather cozy environment and she is happy to be there. The teacher is also dedicated to ensuring my daughter’s homework, if any, is done. All in all, my experience with the Marymount centre has been positive and I would most certainly recommend it.

Whilst the branding speaks for itself, after interacting with the staff about placements for the coming year, I have come to realise they are a warm and helpful bunch who seem to have going beyond regular service hardwired into their delivery. I was wowed by how their center staff at Bedok Reservoir were able to promptly provide me with all the details I was looking for (as compared to others). Very impressive. As we have only 1 child, we are quite particular on where we put our daughter. We have went to more than 10 student care just to see how things are. Then we came across Playfacto. The moment we saw the place we know that this is where we want our daughter to go after school. When they said 'A home away from home' they are not kidding!!! The place is clean and very brightly light. What amaze us is the dedication and commitment of Raymond the center manager that really make us as parents feel at ease and worry free when our daughter is there. He updates us constantly how our daughter are doing. The communication is superb!!! They teachers are very friendly and welcoming. Also update us too on our daughter day when we go to pick her up. Our daughter loves her lunch and tea break so much. They give her 2nd helping. She enjoys the daily things they teach her. Every day there is a general knowledge information she will share with us. She also loves the outdoor activities that the center have. So I highly recommend this center for parents who want worry free day at work knowing that your child is in a safe, fun and happy place. Raymond and his team of teachers are the best!!!!

I'm very impressed with the innovative curriculum of playFACTO that allows a child to explore the world through playing. My active child can't get enough of playing! I also like its clean environment, and the staff is friendly and helpful! I would recommend this place to other parents and friends!

I have peace of mind and whatever time left in the evening is to enjoy happy family time with her. What pleases me most is that the teachers are very engaging and the Centre Directors are very hands on. Communication with them is always open and honest. Children being children, there is bound to be conflicts with their friends. The teachers will investigate promptly and provide timely updates. They are open to suggestions and do not mind going the extra mile just to ensure that my daughter is happy and well engaged. My daughter loves the Creative Math and Coding & Robotics classes. It is great that PlayFACTO@Newton has enrichments lessons under one roof as it frees up my weekends so that I can do other fun activities and sports with my daughter. We had wanted to put Koei in this location to ease our trouble in picking him up from our workplace. Play factor Newton is the solution to our difficulties. However, Koei’s Rosyth School is quite far away. Having brainstormed and discussed with Ms Claire on our difficulties in shuttling Koei from Rosyth to Newton, Claire was extremely helpful and resourceful. She managed to obtain a great Bus Company that could pick Koei up everyday and send him from Serangoon to Newton. While doing so, Claire had been very kind to keep us in the loop of his arrival time and made efforts to ease Koei into Playfacto. Frankly, this is just one of what Playfacto Newton helped us, there are many more strong points and benefits of putting our child there. Teachers are really professional and importantly kind. The Management really cares for the students and do guide them. There are lots of extra curriculum activities that students can take part in. My son really enjoys the care of the teachers and the friends he made there!"

The school manager is very caring and sends photos to us every day to update us about our child. I’d consider this to be a more premium student care centre, but at least you have the peace of mind knowing that your child is being well taken care of. Owners of the place love children, have good values and spend time and effort listening to the needs of the parents and making sure that everything is well explained to the parents, including the activities, meals as well as how the space will be utilised. It is not often that you will see centres that focus so much on the well being of the child - definitely a place I know I can trust and know that she will be well cared for after school..highly recommended!
