Gateway Stage Kids - Speech & Drama Programme by Act 3 Theatrics
Gateway Academy's speech and drama programme for kids between 4 – 8 yrs old allows children to engage in drama games, conceptualise scenes and stories centred around a theme or subject, and work towards a performance with costumes, props and sets, to an audience comprising of their families. Module 2 starts on 28th March 2020.
Drama allows children to practise using their imagination, and expressing themselves. In doing so, they gain confidence in movement, creative expression and communicating with others, all while having lots of fun!
This programme will help to build your child’s:
- Confidence – public speaking, sharing ideas, communicating in groups
- Creativity – Imagination, lateral-thinking, critical-thinking
- Compassion – empathy towards others, team work, broaden perspectives
Kids Speech and Drama Programme, Every Saturday, 10am – 11am:
- Module 1: 4, 11, 18 Jan, 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 Feb, 7, 14 Mar (Registration Closed)
