We note your review and the serious accusations it contains. However, we do not have any record of a parent by the name of “Ryan Loh” at our centre. We note your review and the serious accusations it contains. However, we do not have any record of a parent by the name of “Ryan Loh” at our centre. It may be possible that our school has been mistaken for another. For clarity, we are located inside Grantral Mall, next to Tai Seng MRT Exit B.
We want to reassure our community that we take integrity and accountability very seriously. Our staff are properly trained, professional, and committed to maintaining open and respectful communication with all families. We have no history of dishonesty, especially regarding financial matters.

I cannot over emphasize the importance of documenting your interactions with their teaching staff. They will deny things they said and did, even when your interactions with them were witnessed by other parents. Document every interaction with them especially when money is concerned.
