After you have confirmed payment for membership, you will receive an email confirmation from us. This email will include details on how to access the member benefits, such as the marketplace of trial classes and exclusive member-only events. In addition, we will ship a welcome bag to you. This bag contains up to S$400 worth of products that we believe will be helpful and enjoyable for parents and children alike. The cashback reward is an exclusive benefit for Skoolopedia members. Upon enrollment (i.e. school fees paid to the school), you can apply cashback from your membership account and receive a cashback reward from Skoolopedia.

To be eligible for the cashback, you must first be a Skoolopedia member and then book a trial class via Skoolopedia. After attending the trial class >> enroll your child into the center >> pay for school fee, you can then apply for a cashback application form and upload your school receipt as evidence of payment via your Skoolopedia account within 30 days of school fees paid. Give us another 30 days to transfer the cashback to you.

The cashback amount varies from $10 to $100, and each enrichment provider offers a unique cashback amount. To find out the specific cashback amount, please browse through our listing. You can easily locate the cashback amount as it is displayed in the top left corner of the display picture.

Please visit our enrichment portal here. We have made it easy for you to find classes that are appropriate for your child based on interests (Math, English, Music etc). To get started, simply use the search box on our platform to enter relevant keywords related to the type of classes you are looking for. You can also browse through the classes by age, location and type using our convenient filters.

Booking a class on Skoolopedia is easy. Listings on Skoolopedia consist of free and paid trial classes. Once you find a class that you like, simply click on “Book Now” to book. Skoolopedia does not collect payment on behalf of the enrichment provider. Please make payment for the trial class directly to your chosen enrichment provider.

Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation on the screen. Additionally, you will receive an email confirmation of your booking. You can also check your booking history under “My bookings” for reference. The enrichment center will contact you directly to arrange for your trial class.
