Very poorly run school after the old principal left
Not transparent with parents with very poor communication with parents especially with new management and principal
Teachers are otherwise good but there is a fair turnover
Not many enrichment activities

I usually do not write negative reviews but my child had such a bad experience at this school that I feel obliged to share. Teachers are grabbing children to force to them to sit properly and children crying in return as it was painful. It's apparently a frequent occurence. My child was upset to go to school and say things like the teacher was not nice, always scold kids and in his words make his friends cry all the time. It was such an unpleasant experience for my child he was always upset to go to school. The school does have a good location and facilities and teachers always smiling in front of parents but behind the scenes they are treating the kids horribly.

Location and facilities is good but the teachers seem young, inexperienced and in my case not know how to take care of my child. It has been a year since my child has shown disinterest in going to school. When I ask why, he says he likes his friends but not the teacher. Recently he has been asking for more snacks before dinner and I find out he does not eat enough in school. Even though I gave feedback to the principal who is young herself and have only been principal recently, my child still feels upset when I ask him to ask the teacher for more food. As a parent paying premium school fees, I wonder why my child is still under the care of a teacher whom my child is afraid of to ask for more food? Shouldn't a premium school have experienced teachers who know how to care of a child's basic needs? As the school's location and facilities are good, I hope the management will look into the staff's ability to care for the children's basic needs.

Really hope this feedback gets through to the school. Really hope this feedback gets through to the school. This school is charging a decent amount of money for great facilities (though I'm not sure how much of it is fully utilized), and a very central location. However, I was surprised at the experience level of the teachers- didn't give me much confidence. For example, a relatively young teacher will say one thing, but another teacher will share with me something else. I don't know what to believe and it's not great when you are entrusting your children in their care for most of the day. I would really appreciate it if there's some training on how to handle difficult but honest conversations with parents esp if there are concerns that the parents need to act on. Secondly, my child always comes back asking for more food- or saying she is hungry. This has never been the case anywhere else. It's really odd. Are they not eating enough? I don't understand. Ultimately, this school has the potential to be a really fantastic school given the location and the facilities. The teachers and management need to step up in being more open and honest in their communication and also deliver the premium experience for the premium prices they are charging. In fact, they have recently increased their rates for 2022 enrollments so I would expect them to step up more in how they are catering to the childrens' needs and safety. (improve teacher experience and more open and honest conversation with parents.)

Outbreak of gastroenteritis in the school is not being properly managed as cases keep rising. Parents are not given assurance by the school on the matter and is covering up the seriousness of having a school that is virus-free by sending template messages to parents daily.

Shorthanded and poor management of children causing accidents. Utterly disappointed.

A cosy centre that provides homely feeling. We like that the teachers are approachable and friendly. They update the parents regularly via various platforms. We also like to see the children playing at the playground/outdoor in the afternoon during pick up times. Good Parents and teachers interact...

The school admin is in a mess. Many Teachers have left the school. Although the Teachers are not bad, but because many have left, and no new Teachers are being recruited, I will see my child being combined with another class, so the student to teacher ratio increases.
