All our kids and also our siblings kids go to this school. The school has been around for many years and continue to maintain the same standard of care for kids of all ages. When people mention Kinderland at Upper Changi, most staying around the area know about their good reputation. They have now scaled down but the teachers are the same. The school is also recently refurbished. My child looks forward to attending school and love her teachers and friends. We highly recommend anyone to visit the school to have a feel of the welcoming environment.

Are all the other teachers in approval of their colleagues actions? I doubt so. If that is the case, the teachers must be living in trauma in such a toxic workplace. How can you care well for your children charges when you cannot even provide a healthy environment for your staff? I don't understand.

I am a mother of an infant who did consider this school for my child initially, but will never consider again. Having made enquiries before, I can assure you the fees for infant care at kinderland is not cheap but yet such pathetic level of care. Also, I understand the teacher is fired but what about the principal, who should rightfully be on top of things and not even allow such act to happen to multiple children on multiple occasion? Please take action on ALL parties who should be made responsible, not just that one particular teacher, so all parents can have a peace of mind. Clearly shows that principal is incompetent in her role.

When we were first looking for a childcare centre for our 18-month old daughter, my husband and I wanted an environment filled with love, care, good guidance and early childhood curriculum. After all, our daughter Natalie will be spending most of her time interacting, learning and playing on a full week day basis. Being a first time parent, I was all worried if Natalie could cope in a new environment. Kinderland ensured that Natalie was well taken care of – we received daily updates of Natalie during the first few weeks of her school. Her Principal, Ms Gladys and pre-school teachers namely Ms Sharrifah, Ms Susie and Ms Chen (long serving staff in Kinderland) were patient to my questions whenever I went to pick her to and/or fro school. Kinderland also organizes excursions which Natalie comes home telling me about how she had fun outing with her teachers and friends. The school is also equipped with enrichment programmes which Natalie has the opportunity to learn and enjoy. I am glad we have chosen Kinderland. The teachers are long serving staff who have passion and enthusiasm in what they do.

My daughter, especially loves her teachers and enjoys all the lessons. Caring and attentive teachers are the treasure of this school. They are always looking out for the child and were so observant that they were able to even notice when a child is not well. I’m very thankful for all the Kinderland teachers who saw my 3 kids, Alden, Gracelyn and Alex through their pre-school education. The one special thing that makes me feel really comfortable about Kinderland @ Siglap is the interaction style the school has adopted. Teachers remember every student’s name. Even students from different levels know each another’s name, revealing the intimacy between students and their Teachers. Everyone greets each other with warm smiles, which in my opinion is true and it is difficult to stage the smiles when dealing with young children. Teachers are sincere and honest to share their thoughts about the child’s development and often point out areas which can better improve his/her development. Teacher to student ratio is great, kids get very good attention in learning opportunities. Cheery and vibrant outdoor playground and activities gathered all the children’s laughter and the school has a little garden which allow children to be exposed to nature.

Initially I had a hard time trying to teach Jayden mandarin. Then his attitude suddenly changed, and every weekend he loves practising his 听写, and sounding his 汉语拼音. He related to me that it’s due to the fun he had in his mandarin lessons. Teng 老师made the lessons interactive and fun. I was worried about his primary school preparations but Teng 老师 observed and made good comments of Jayden’s progress and thus, there is a need for one fewer tiger mom (me). From the wobbly little boy to a caring loving brother and a friend to all now, chit chatting and sharing food with teachers as if they are his friends, Kinderland Siglap makes schooling a delight. Academics is still important, but the teachers’ constant thinking outside the box makes learning fun for every child. How I wish my own kindergarten experience was like that. No crying and dragging any of my 2 children to school.

My elder child had severe eczema, sensitive skin and sensitive airways. I visited more than 50 schools in the east and none could assure me with confidence that they can love him and accommodate him in terms of diet and hygiene. Kinderland @ Siglap stands out among the schools we visited. They are very transparent and really care for the children sincerely. We joined this school since 2013 when my elder boy was 18 months old. The teachers always ensure that I get updated on my child’s progress and never fail to address my concerns. The teachers are very caring and are even mindful of little details which I didn’t think of. I never had to worry about my kids at work knowing that they are in good hands. I don’t think you can find another childcare as caring as the teachers, cook, and principal here.

We appreciate all teachers. especially Teacher Lee, Teacher Bao, Teacher Nira, Teacher Diana, Teacher Wang and not forgetting Ms Mei Fong who have been taking care of my girl that she enjoys going to school everyday. Both my girls enrolled in Kinderland Loyang only in Oct 2020 when Jia Qi was in K1 (Teacher Labina & Xu Laoshi) and Jia Hui in PN2 (Teacher Bel & Wang Laoshi). As you may know, changing schools mid-way is never a good situation for any students, however their teachers take time to guide them and encourage them, and my girls felt very happy and welcomed by the teachers and also their friends. Both were able to adapt fairly fast and well in the school – all thanks to the efforts by their teachers. Now they are so eager to go to school everyday!!! My younger daughter, Jia Hui, can be quite stubborn and sensitive at times, but Teacher Labina is ever so patient with her, and always try to explain to her whenever she is not on her best behavior and I am so glad that she actually listens to Teacher Labina and her behavior improved tremendously this year. Teacher Labina also goes the extra mile to write feedback to us regarding Jia Hui’s behavior in school whenever she feels that something has to be done – so that we can also be more aware and to guide her at home. Teacher Labina always reply to our message on class dojo promptly even after school hours – we are really very appreciative and thankful for such an amazing teacher for Jia Hui. :) We would also like to compliment the Principal – Ms Mei Fong, who is always there to give the parents assurance and to attend to our queries promptly. Mei Fong is ever so patient with both the students and parents – she is indeed a very competent and capable leader of the school who keeps the school running in an orderly manner. Keep up the good work! I am really glad that i have chosen Kinderland for my girls and they are really benefitting under the guidance of these wonderful and amazing teachers and Principal!

I truly appreciate all the teachers in Kinderland @ Revenue House. They are kind, dedicated and patient with my kids and my kids love them all. I know it has been hard in the pandemic with kids and teachers falling sick and it really takes alot more effort to be a preschool teacher in this time. Teacher Elly and Liang Laoshi have been amazing with the children and have taught my girl to be much more independent than she would have been at home. Thank you for your effort, love and care for Arielle – it is what made her love going to school, so much so that she doesn’t even turn to say goodbye when we drop her off. Also a shout out to Ms Janet, who tirelessly went through all the questions I have on adminstrative and registeration matters and welcomed the children brightly to school every morning :) P.s. For infant care, they do not allow parents to accompany baby on the first few days for transition which I don't feel comfortable with. I heard kids crying non stop for at least 10mins when i was filling up some forms at the counter, the admin staff claim that the child just transit from infant care...

I am still not very confident and convienced on how they handle the children.

Firstly the environment is clean and place has aircon. Receptionist is friendly. Teachers turnover rate is high. My child came back and poked my head with his finger vigorously telling me that I am a naughty boy. I doubt the nurturing environment there.

My son currently at this school in Nursey level, have been attending for a year or so. He had attended other preschools before that were more expensive and 'hi-tech' but feel this is is good value-for-money. It is less crowded and the environment is quieter, not so loud as some other more popular playschools. The teachers and principal are nice and not changing all the time. Happy enough. They will undergo some renovation soon.
