I am extremely satisfied with Little Gems@Serangoon North. The teachers are warm, caring, and dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for the kids.

I'm impressed by the teachers' efforts in planning engaging and fun activities. Every morning, my boy's enthusiasm is evident as he heads to school - he's always excited! After just one month, I've noticed significant developmental milestones, such as taking responsibility for his belongings and learning to put away toys after playtime.
I also appreciate the teachers' thoughtfulness in preparing his report card. The way they write and the suggestions they provide demonstrate their effort and dedication. Furthermore, they arranged a video call to explain the report and offer guidance on how to support my boy's development at home.
I highly recommend Little Gems to any parent seeking a trustworthy and supportive childcare provider.

We sent our daughter Weiqi to this preschool 2 years ago and we never regreted our choice! She loves the school and the teachers alot. We want to mention teacher Pris who has helped Weiqi alot in her English. Both my husband and I speak Chinese and are not very good in English. But Little Gems, with... We want to mention teacher Pris who has helped Weiqi alot in her English. Both my husband and I speak Chinese and are not very good in English. But Little Gems, with their phonic course and Teacher Pris, has helped Weiqi to speak English well! In fact, she is even able to read. We are very thankful for that because we know that Weiqi will be more prepared when she graduates from Little Gems and go on to P1 next for her English lessons...

History & Background

Little Gems started with a small team of dedicated educators who believe that a child should be given the best experience he/she deserves. We believe that every child should learn to interact with the nature, thus we provide various outdoor activities to encourage children to learn through meaningful play.

Our mission is to provide a holistic education and care in a safe and respectful environment, which seeks to empower every child to become a curious learner and confident speaker, imbued with strong character to guide and prepare him in serving the community.

Education Philosophy

In Little Gems, we believe that children are born to be tenacious, interested, capable and curious. They learn best working with other children, family, teachers, and the community. As such, Little Gems strive to create an environment where every child under our care will have diverse learning opportunities.

Special Enrichment Programmes

1) All-stars Squad is our sports curriculum which includes swimming, cycling, mini-tennis etc, to not just allow children to keep fit, but also to pick up skills essential for life.

2) IntelliGems is our computer curriculum specially catered for our Kindergarteners to expose them to meaningful computer programs that enrich their learning experience.

3) AlphaKids is an immersion programme focusing on reading and numeracy to bridge our K2 pupils for formal schooling in Primary One.
