Highly recommended. Warm teachers and exploratory interactive programme. I entrust MerlionKids with my child. Strong in Chinese language. Make Singapore proud! Highly recommended. The teachers at MerlionKids Kovan have been fantastic. Very caring and attentive. I don't know how the teachers do it, but they manage to give individual attention to the needs of different children.

Definitely one of the best preschools around, with dedicated and sincere teachers!

I would like to take this opportunity MerlionKids and her team on taking care well of Douglas since 2 years old. He has transformed from a timid and low confident boy to a brave and full confident boy. Well done MerlionKids! You did an excellent job and get him ready for P1.

Douglas is currently struggling to let go his friends and teachers. He misses all of you. He hopes that in any way, he can still keep in touch with all friends and teachers.

It was warm and caring teachers, and well-thought structured inquiry-activity based programmes that also develop good personality, critical thinking skills, and resilience in Gerald.

I would never hesitate to recommend anyone to MerlionKids as it is definitely one of best preschool/ childcare in Singapore that deserves more than 5 stars ratings.

History & Background

Mission: To pursue Excellence and Leadership position in providing quality early childhood education.

MerlionKids was set up in 2006 and currently, has centers in Singapore, Sri Lanka and China, running internationally renown multiple intelligence curricula with sound activity-based pedagogy and the full spectra of in-house developed learning materials and lesson plans. These full spectra of in-house materials provide quality education children need to have a strong head start in terms of enhancing his confidence, developing critical thinking skills, igniting curiosity and creativity in a child, including of developing the social and emotional skills from good social habits and good characters nurturing.

Education Philosophy

The bilingual curriculum MerlionKids champions is a signature triage of complementary levels: 1) Self-Expression, 2) Self-Regulation and 3) Self-Discovery. They are devised in such a structure so as to support holistic and whole brain learning for the delicate developing minds of children.
