Established in 2010, NobleLand Arts N Learning Place currently operates 2 centres in Singapore. It was founded by Ms Chua Shian Luan, who is also the current principal. A mother of four herself, she decided to make a mid career switch after 15 years in Human Resource Development to pursue her passion in early childhood education. She holds a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College. The Bishan centre is SPARK certified.
Education Philosophy
The school strongly believe that arts (e.g. music, dance, drama, literature and drawings) plays an important role in a child's development, especially in developing the right side of the brain. As such, art is a central theme in NobleLand's curriculum. As recognition of the school's achievement, it was awarded the Early Childhood Innovation Award 2012 and 2013 by ECDA for integrating arts into the learning of literacy, numeracy and the Chinese language.
