We sent our 1st child to Moral infant care previously under the principal, Ms Bel who was really understanding and helped me reserve a spot when I was 5 months pregnant. Everything went smoothly throughout my son's infant care stage and we changed school for his playgroup. Fast-forward to present da... We sent our 1st child to Moral infant care previously under the principal, Ms Bel who was really understanding and helped me reserve a spot when I was 5 months pregnant. Everything went smoothly throughout my son's infant care stage and we changed school for his playgroup. Fast-forward to present day, I reached out to the new principal, Ms Sylvia, when I was 5 months pregnant again for my 2nd child but we did not get any reply. We were keen on this school again due to the distance of travel given that infants need quick attention if unwell. So my husband met her in person and we were told by Ms Sylvia that it was to early and she asked us to come back when our child was born. As advised, we reached out again via emails after birth, with no replies again. I gave the principal a call and was told there is a wait list and that she can only inform me in 2 weeks. She also asked me to bring my son back to their school for playgroup. As 2 weeks came to an end, my husband rang Ms Sylvia and he was told she prefers kids that stayed on in their center until K2 and again asked him to bring our son back to the center. Not sure if we are penalised for changing our son's school but till today we have not heard back a formal reply to our emails. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

My Child was badly scratched, bruised, and bitten on THREE occasions within SIX MONTHS in this Childcare. The teachers and principal did nothing to prevent bullying from happening in their childcare. They show nonchalant attitude towards all injuries during school hours, brushing it off by saying it... My Child was badly scratched, bruised, and bitten on THREE occasions within SIX MONTHS in this Childcare. The teachers and principal did nothing to prevent bullying from happening in their childcare. They show nonchalant attitude towards all injuries during school hours, brushing it off by saying it is inevitable that such incidents happen.

Both my husband & myself are very happy with Ms Bel the principal, she is very responsive whenever parents have questions & very patient towards our child. This is one of the few childcare that have good principal that understands children and can communicate well with parents. We don’t have to worr... Both my husband & myself are very happy with Ms Bel the principal, she is very responsive whenever parents have questions & very patient towards our child. This is one of the few childcare that have good principal that understands children and can communicate well with parents. We don’t have to worry about our child when we are at work.

My girl has been in this school since N1. She has made good progress. The teachers have been trying out different ways to engage her to be more participative in class. The teachers and principal have been very supportive when any concerns raised. We are pleased that important and necessary related i... My girl has been in this school since N1. She has made good progress. The teachers have been trying out different ways to engage her to be more participative in class. The teachers and principal have been very supportive when any concerns raised. We are pleased that important and necessary related information about my girl is given on the same day. We are thankful for the teachers and principal effort and care provided for my girl.
