According to the World Economic Forum (WEF), the Future of Work will require employees to master 21st Century Skills.
The current school system focuses on academic excellence and addresses 3 to 5 of the sixteen 21st Century Skills required. Future Ready Academy aims to complement and close the gap between the formal education system and needs of an ever-changing technological landscape.
We not only impart the necessary scientific, digital, financial and socio-cultural skills not taught in schools, but also nurture the critical-thinking and creativity traits along with the necessary character building skills such as leadership and grit. These are some of the 21st Century Skills required.
