Inspire Mum & Baby is a fitness and swimming centre providing a wide range of services for women from pregnancy to birth and into motherhood, including creating precious bonding memories for them with their little ones. Our cozy studio in Katong comes equipped with an indoor heated pool for you and your baby's privacy, comfort and convenience; and is perfect for when it's hazy outside. Our caring qualified instructors are certified across a range of fitness, birthing and therapy disciplines.

The Inspire Mum and Baby swimming classes are popular with parents, babies and kids. With our 12 years of experience and qualified teachers, many of our babies stay with us well into their toddler years. Our postpartum mums also like us for the privacy of our indoor heated pool which also provides a safe and secure environment for them to bond with their bubs as they pick up invaluable skills for water safety and confidence.

Our Baby Swimming lessons are designed to create an excellent foundation for the child's future in the water, promoting safe practices and confidence. In addition to baby discovering the freedom of buoyancy and underwater swimming, it's also an ideal environment for a novel form of play and exploration.

We teach from the babies' perspective, encouraging happy interactions by helping both parent and baby relax and enjoy shared movements. The most important factor for taking infants through to independent swimming is their enjoyment in the water.
