I would like to share my child’s journey in Lcentral @Tiongbahru.
My child started her first ride with Lcentral from last term of P2 as I was afraid she could not do well in her creative writing as our main language is not English. I was impressed with her result after 2 terms, she scored 2marks away from full marks, she maintained either full marks, 97-98 through out the P3. So I decided to let her do on her-own without any guidance at term 2 of P4 and surprisingly she was still able to maintain the same result even after quitting from Lcentral. I CAN ONLY SAY LCENTRAL REALLY EQUIPPED HER WITH THE VERY STRONG FOUNDATIONS. Thank you so much LCentral ❤️❤️❤️
The story is not end here, she scored 90 for her P5 SA2, which is at the bottom line of AL1, so she asked me whether she could go back to Lcentral , and of course! I just signed her today.
I will share her PSLE Preparation progress here next year.

Ever since Nathanael started attending LCentral when the centre just started their operations in 2022, his interest in English had improved tremendously. The interactive curriculum & resources in this new centre has sparked and instilled curiosity and interest in learning English at its best. My son will naturally use new words after each lesson and try to blend new words using the phonics sound. It has promoted self directed learning right from the beginning. It also reinforces the speaking proficiency by including spelling of essential words beyond the level of my son’s age. This has elevated the proficiency by being ahead among the same age group. The dedication and commitment by the teacher, Ms Helen, makes a huge difference in delivering the curriculum at its best. My son looks forward to attend the weekly lessons by Ms Helen. The centre is very clean and spacious. The centre’s colours & TVs are very welcoming too. The service staffs are attentive to my requests as well. They will listen attentively to our requests and try their best to answer every questions and needs for the past 1 year. I’ll strongly recommend this centre to any parents who wants their children to learn English at an early age.

We have been extremely pleased with the progress and education our children have received at LCentral, Singapore. Our two boys have joined LCentral in 2018, one of them in the “Foundations” Course and other one in the “Launchpad” programme, Both of them progressed well over the years through Liftoff and Success Programmes. Now they are in Success 2 and Success 3 programmes respectively. The courses structure is aligned to the demands of the primary school syllabus and the course content are well rounded covering oral (Reading/phonics & conversation), comprehension, vocabulary & grammar as well as composition or creative writing. The teachers are native speakers. Our children are fortunate benefiting from these highly skilled and dedicated teachers. They excel in providing individualised attention and support for our child's needs. Over the years, LCentral continues to bring innovations such as 360 class room, interactive online learning Classin and recently a creative writing handbook. With the curriculum which is challenging and stimulating, our children have seen a significant improvement in his English language abilities. We highly recommend LCentral to other parents seeking quality English language instruction for their children.

This english class has provided him a lot of confidence and assurance in public speaking. Class size is perfect for close learning. Evans is coping well and can put together composition and better understanding of deeper advance conversations. Lastly, teacher Adrian is cool after all.

I have been a patron of LCentral since my oldest son was 7 in 2012. Due to the wonderful experience my son had, I decided to also enrol my 2 younger daughters into the enrichment centre. LCentral has worked wonders in improving my children's standard of English over the years - as the patient and caring teachers always make sure that their students understand the lesson material and achieve good progress. Other than the amazing teachers, LCentral also has great staff who will go out of their way to help us if we encountered any difficulties. LCentral has never let me or my children down in the many years of enrichment lessons they have provided. I would definitely recommend LCentral to all parents and students out there!

My youngest daughter started her lesson at LCentral Kovan when she just started K2 and continued all the way into her Primary School. Through the Centre’s structured curriculum and superb teaching of the Teachers, she had mastered the skill of Reading and had a good understanding of the English Language. With such a solid base, she had excelled all the way in the English Language throughout her secondary school without tuition , and obtaining Distinction in 2022 GCE O level English Language. With that in mind , I have no hesitation enrolling my 5 year old granddaughter in LCentral Kovan this year . She has just started 2 lessons and she’s already looking forward to attending her next lesson. Kudos to LCentral for the warm n enriching experience always.

Teacher Anne is a very experienced, committed and responsible teacher and I’m so glad my child started with her from the beginner stage at 4yo. The resources provided by the center are very useful in guiding my child to read and write. Most importantly, he enjoys the classes. Definitely recommended!

This is Sara’s dad, I would like to write a review about your tuition centre. I would like to mention that the service staff- eg: Jasmin did a fantastic job from onboarding to the latest tuition centre programs, and the teacher-Kingston, who is bubbly and willing to mingle around with the children during the teaching session, very passionate and enthusiastic indeed, my daughter Sara always mention the teacher when she came back home! Lcentral offers a variety of textbooks and learning tools to make children learn fast! My daughter Sara’s English had improved a lot since the start of this program, and Lcentral Punggol has good environment too especially with a swimming pool facility just downstairs. Thank you Lcentral Punggol, keep it up, I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

My girl K2 currently has been in the school for one term, and i can see great improvement in her English. Starting from the accessment, the teacher was really attentive, explained how the class work, and how my girl was doing. The class structure is unique, and really helps my girl learn English. With the first term, my girl from not that sure how to blend, to can read words everywhere. The material really helps build her foundation. Really glad that I send her in. The staff is really helpful too, and nice to have update after every class.

My wife and I signed our daughter Shi-Ru up for English classes in Jun 2021 and it has been a very enjoyable and fulfilling learning journey for her. She really enjoys her lessons with Teacher Susan and we have even adjusted her other enrichment classes so as to continue with Teacher Susan for 2023....

For this year, we have also signed up our elder girl Shi-Rui for Creative Writing under Teacher Susan. Lastly, we have chosen to pay the fees for both girls for the whole of academic year 2023 in full. This is testament to our confidence and trust in the Centre.

Dear team, my kids have been learning Phonics and English in this outlet for about 5 yrs, I like that the teachers often take the initiative to give feedback to me regarding my kids' progress, especially teacher Scott, who shows genuine concern for his students' progress by giving very specific and detailed feedback so that I am aware of their progress and can help my children while at home. The manager and front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful and often try their best to help me in arranging makeup classes or plan for me a better class schedule as I have a few children attending their classes. That really solved a lot of logistics issues for me and I'm extremely grateful for that. Will highly recommend them for anyone looking for Phonics/English classes for their children.

Dear Lcentral Jurong East, Lcentral is the 1st school I signed up for my child. I am thankful to the Centre Manager who patiently advise me on how the curriculum works. My son went for assessment first half of his Primary 1 as I noticed he has difficulties reading and recognising words and had a hard time catching up in his primary sch. Centre manger was tactful on managing my expectation as he had to start from a lower level as compared to other Primary 1 students. I am thankful I've listened to her professional advice, now after sometimes, I can see that my son improved tremendously. I sincerely thanks Centre manager, the staff for the advice and hospitality each time I send my son to school. After not long, I also bring my younger girl to enrol with Lcentral too. Lastly, I want to thank all Teachers who taught them. Highly recommended! Kudos!!

Though she has some difficulties, She has more interest and confidence to read and write, She is now trying to read any materials such as story books , pamphlets, sign boards etc., and test herself. I would like to thank to the friendly staffs , always accommodating, helping to schedule replacement classes , sending online review materials immediately. A special thanks to Ms Zalirah , the class teacher helped my daughter to overcome her difficulties and gave extra time to review and correct her academic test results. Greatly appreciated! A highly recommended enrichment Center!!

Lcentral taught him the skill how to read the word. My P3 & P5 kid also improved their writing skill for composition. The best of all, every each lesson they will sent me an update of what had they learned so I can monitor the progress. The reception staff also very friendly and helpful. Prompt and responsive. Sometimes I came late to fetch my kid around 9.15pm & she accompanied my kid without complaint & no rushing me. Not like other centre, they will chasing & rushed me because they want to closed for the day. Great service from the staff.

Charmaine started going to L Central Bukit Timah back in 2019 when she was 4yo. The lessons are interesting and well delivered. Teacher James is patient and always available after class to discuss the progress made and areas for improvement. We were very impressed with the online lessons during covid as he was able to get everyone focused. Charmaine has a good foundation in English and we credit it to Teacher James and L-Central.

I send my children to LCentral as I find that their curriculum and materials are very good! I feel that their curriculum fully prepares my child for primary school as it not only teaches phonics, but also teaches grammar, speaking and writing skills. LCentral teachers are patient in teaching my children and the front counter staff are also very friendly and approachable. Another plus point is that the classrooms are very new, bright and clean! Definitely a conducive place for children to learn and develop!

My son has been with LCentral Bukit Timah since he was 6 years old. I am pleased and grateful to LCentral that his English proficiency is higher than his peers of the same age group. My son has been with LCentral Bukit Timah since he was 6 years old. I am pleased and grateful to LCentral that his English proficiency is higher than his peers of the same age group. After he started his formal primary 1 education, I have never had a need to worry about his homework, tests or exams. He takes on the same independently with ease and confidence. Most importantly, he loves and looks forward to attending the LCentral classes and engaging with the dedicated staff/teachers. I will definitely let my son continue his schooling journey with LCentral.

When we enrolled Tabitha to Lcentral she has very limited knowledge about what sight word is and also has a very limited understanding on how to decode a word. We have been in the program for more than 1 year and we see a huge improvement in her English language ability. she is now much more confident in reading, she has developed from assisted reader to become independent reader. And the most important take away for us, Lcentral also nurture her habit to read and write.

Both my kids attended Lcentral since age 4/5, at Ang Mo Kio outlet. My elder kid is with Lcentral for 6 years, and my younger kid has attended for 3 years so far. The phonics program is very useful for young kids especially in reading ability. My kids can read story books on their own as young as age 5/6. Their pronunciation is even better than me. Blending is very useful in learning new words and goes a long way in foundation building. The lessons for Primary level are well paced and coaching is a bonus. I find that by having native speaking teachers, it is a plus and is also a main factor for my consideration in tuition center. Special thanks to teacher Jessy and Ewald for making learning English enriching and interesting. My kids love Lcentral lessons the most among all other tuition they attend. The staff of Lcentral are also attentive and helpful. I am happy with their assistance given.
