Introduction
Mrs Esther Lim is the Founder of LEAP SchoolHouse and the Curriculum Director of LEAP Education Group, which manages both LEAP SchoolHouse and LEAP KIDS Preschool.
Born and educated in Singapore, Esther holds a Master Degree in Education (NTU/NIE), Bachelor Degree in Arts (NTU) and a Diploma in Marketing – Top student for the year 2000 (Chartered Institute of Marketing). Esther has more than 17 years of teaching experience and has taught widely in both Secondary and Primary schools. Before starting LEAP, she was also involved in curriculum planning and development work for the primary unit at MOE for several years. During her time at MOE, Esther was also a Master Trainer with the Ministry of Education (MOE), having trained over 500 teachers annually at a national level, as well as overseas at the Singapore International School (Hong Kong).
LEAP SchoolHouse started out as an Early Years Enrichment Centre specialising in English and Chinese programmes for children between 8 months to 7 years old. Its first outlet opened in 2009 at City Square Mall and has now expanded to 5 outlets locally and overseas (China and Indonesia).

A 1-hour English language immersion experience for our curious little ones.
EXPLORERS™ (18-24 Months Old)
A 1.5-hours English language immersion experience for our brave explorers.
CREATORS™ (24-36 Months Old)
A 1.5-hours English language arts experience for our expressive little ones.
