Sheila is the Centre Leader at Young Minds Childcare since 2016. A mother of four children, she has her degree from National University of Singapore (NUS), a Diploma in Early Childhood from SEED Institute, and a Certificate in Infant Care.

A firm believer that children are all unique with their various strengths and interests, Sheila endeavours to nurture her children in a safe, enriching and conducive environment to learn and thrive. She firmly believes children’s interests are inculcated from young. Thus, learning should be fun and meaningful to be developmentally appropriate.

Teachers at Young Minds are well supported with continuous training to constantly upgrade their pedagogical skills to better facilitate children’s learning. Under Sheila’s leadership and guidance, her teachers are happy and the children enjoy the full benefits of learning.
