Bright Kids was conceptualized by both Mr and Mrs Teo, who convened their very first childcare centre in 1995 and was subsequently appointed by ECDA as Partner Operator. Awakened by the significance of early childhood learning in Singapore, Bright Kids emphasize on delivering high quality yet affordable curriculum programmes to meet the holistic needs of both young children and parents.
