Sharing my experience as a first time parent, enrolled my child at BrilliantTots Jurong West infantcare a month ago.
Introduction and registration was thorough and principal Ms Dil is clear and help to clear any doubts. As a first time parent, Ms Dil also shared many pointers and advice which I appreciate.
The center is neat and clean, infantcare area is kept tidy and neat and also have colourful pictures decoration which is attractive for the infants.
Teacher Shikin, Chen Laoshi are both very warm and passionate. My child’s face lights up whenever the teachers greet him upon arrival. Teachers also provide short update during pickup (eg what did my child enjoy or how his slept/feeding went). The teachers take great care of the babies. There are also activity even for infant (eg hand/feet painting, reading picture book) and a short summary of it for each child. The summaries report is thoughtfully written by teachers and shows the attention provided to each child.
My child enjoys infantcare as he is full of smiles and eager to look inside the school.
Definitely go for a school tour and highly recommend this for your child if you are staying in the Jurong West area.

It has been 2 years since we enrolled our 2 boys at this centre. Our first child joined when he was 2 years old and our second when he was just 5 months old. Now, they have both progressed to Nursery and PG, and we’re very happy with the journey so far.

It has been 2 years since we enrolled our 2 boys at this centre. Our first child joined when he was 2 years old and our second when he was just 5 months old. Now, they have both progressed to Nursery and PG, and we’re very happy with the journey so far.
The boys truly enjoy going to school every day. When Ms Farah was still around, our first child was shy and reserved, not very verbal. Now he talks non stop and can converse so well. He often shares stories about his day and even mentions his teachers by name like Teacher Lina and Teacher Asha, which shows how much impact they’ve made on him.
Our second boy, always comes home singing nursery rhymes he learned in school sometimes randomly throughout the day which shows how much he’s enjoying and absorbing.
We’ve also met the new Principal Ms Dil in school, who is friendly and approachable. One time, our son told us he saw Ms Dil “solat” (pray) in the office. A nice detail that made us feel the environment is nurturing in every way.
Overall, our experience has been wonderful and we’re grateful for the care and dedication the teachers and staff put into our children’s growth.

They keep you promptly updated on your child status and check with you promptly when in doubt when taking care of your child.
The principle Miss Dil is great and always following up the paper works with us.

Our 3 children (IFC, Nursery & Kindergarten) are well-loved & cared for at the school and have developed strong friendship with their peers and their parents too!
Environment: brightly lit with natural lighting, high ceiling and spacious with an indoor playground.
Teachers: firm but loving. Especially Tchr Louise, Tchr Farah, Duan laoshi, Zheng laoshi, Tchr Judy, Tchr Shan, Tchr Joanne & Tchr Megha who are very well loved by the children here. Turnover is low, and you can tell most are happy working here! We trust the teachers and appreciate their perspective on the sometimes head-scratching behaviors of our little ones.
Ms Ang: an outstanding principal who managed a crisis with the school rental hike extremely well earlier this year, and managed to keep costs/fee hikes reasonable. She organizes well planned events for the children and parents to enjoy together, and we are very blessed by her leadership at the school. A can-do attitude that sees her rolling up her sleeves to do anything from cleaning to cooking for the children.
In short, we love the school and the loving community for our children to grow up in. 10/10 would highly recommend!

BrilliantTOTS feels like a family. Small enough that staff and other (non-infant) teachers know my infant, making every pick up and drop off so enjoyable. It’s really nice to see my little one being excited to see her teachers. Glad to have found this centre!

As first-time parents, we couldn’t be more thankful for the amazing infant teachers at Brilliant Tots - Teacher Shikin, Chen Laoshi and Jiao Laoshi. They are truly dedicated and passionate, and it shows in the way they care and teach.
Our worries quickly faded because we could see that our son was in good hands. Over time, we’ve witnessed so much growth and development in him — in his confidence, social skills, and everyday learning. In many ways, he has learned more than we could ever teach at home.
We believe he wouldn’t have thrived without the patience, care, and effort of the teachers here. We are so grateful to have such a nurturing environment for our child to grow. Thank you for making such a difference in his early years. It is unfortunate that our child will not be continuing with Brilliant Tots in PG due to location, however we will always treasure this place as a fond memory for our child who's been here since 3 months old and always excited to walk into the class independently. The teachers at Brilliant Tots Jurong West Centre are very dedicated and loving to our kids. I have placed my son at the centre since infant care and now he is in N2. He always share stories about his teachers and friends on a daily basis and i am sure that he enjoys his time at the centre. Thank you for taking care of my son. He has definitely improved his speech and motor skills over the period.
Throughout the time that we are here, we have build good rapport with both teachers and other parents and i believe it is due to the events conducted within the centre e.g. Parent’s Day Celebration, Sports Day. Good effort and keep it!

We've had an incredible experience with BrilliantTOTS at Kelulut. The entire staff, including the cleaners, cooks, principal, and teachers, were truly amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure my child feels safe and happy. There was a time where she was going through a difficult patch and needed alot of confidence and reassurance to help weather her through and the staff went out of their way to create opportunities to enable her to overcome those challenges. The amount of personalised care she received was incredible. My child often speaks very highly of all the staff in the childcare. Overall, they are very kind, caring, and open to feedback received.

It also enables the kids to mingle with kids of different ages- for those who are older, they learn how to take care of the younger ones. For those who are younger, they emulate the (good) behaviours of the older ones
Led by principal Cheryl, the teachers are also open in their communication with us . This enables us to collaborate with the team for our children’s progress and development.

I send both my children (currently in N2 and infant groups) to Brilliant Tots @Potong Pasir since they are just a few months old. I never regret my choice. Both of them enjoy their days there. Our infant is always greeted with smiles and gentle care, and our N2 child has flourished—learning new skills, making friends, and coming home full of stories and excitement.
The principal, Ms Ang is professional, friendly and highly efficient in problem solving. The centre environment is clean and bright.
The communication between teacher and parents has been outstanding. I like the way we communicate and work together to support my children. There are some teachers/staff which i will like to express my gratitude to their nurturing care, love, warmth, patience and support in taking care and teaching my children. There are teacher Shan, Joanne, Hamidah, 段老师, Tiffany and Judy.

My child transferred from another school in K1. At that time, she was struggling with writing and could barely read in both English and Chinese. However, in less than a year, I’ve seen a remarkable transformation - she is now reading books on her own and writing independently.
While there are still areas for her to work on, the progress she has made is truly impressive. Kudos to the teachers and staff for creating such a nurturing, conducive, and holistic learning environment for the children.

A Nurturing Community That Feels Like Family
We could not be happier with our decision to enroll our daughter here. The transformation has been incredible.
A special shout-out to the amazing teachers who have become like family. Teacher Shan is a miracle worker who nurtured my child’s confidence, curiosity, and respect for not just others but also animals and the environment. We were especially touched when Teacher Shan created weekly personalized storybooks featuring our child and her classmates; this ingenious touch skyrocketed our daughter's love for reading.
Her Mandarin teacher, 段老师 is also phenomenal. Our daughter once detested speaking Chinese, but now she voluntarily writes characters while doodling and can recognize Chinese characters on a menu. Her confidence in conversing has soared—she even recited the entire National Day pledge in Chinese recently!
Principal Ms. Ang deserves immense credit for her leadership. She plans events that bring learning to life, from inviting Springleaf Prata to demonstrate making prata for Deepavali, to water play outings, and even hosting an art exhibition for the children's work.
From Teacher Joanne who taught her table etiquettes to Auntie May, the school cook whom cooks the wonderful meals. Thanks to each and every teacher and staff, our daughter is always well-fed, clean and happy.
The greatest compliment we can give is this: as busy parents, we have complete peace of mind. We know she is learning everything she needs and is cared for by a whole community right here. This school isn't just a school; it's a second home that has given our child the happiest start to her learning journey.

My child has been attending BrilliantTOTS since she was 18 months old. Her teachers have been nurturing her with so much dedication. It's with such dedication that allows us to go to work with a peace of mind.
The school often plans for field trips for the children, their opportunity to learn are not limited to the walls of the classroom. Such trips take a lot of resources and planning, however Ms Cheryl and all the teachers always ensure it is properly executed.
We also look forward to the yearly sports day with other branches of BrilliantTOTS. They are always well planned with food and fun activities to keep the children and parents entertained.
As my child graduates end of this year, Teacher Jason and 薛老师 have been focusing on her preparation for Primary one.
The school, albeit smaller compared to other schools have had a huge impact on my child. We will definitely miss them and the time we have shared through the years.

We have been with this centre for almost 4 years and counting, since my girl was in infant care. The classes are small so there’s more attention to each child, and the teachers are very approachable and responsible. They also genuinely care for the children. Once my girl was crying near the centre after 7, when the teachers are all off duty, but my girl’s teacher stayed back to console her, eating into her personal time. There were also customized materials produced to make learning more interesting.
There’s a good mix of play and academics, and I’m always surprised by how much my girl has learned in school. The Chinese curriculum is great, she’s learning even more than her external enrichment classes. Absolutely no regrets sending my child here and looking forward to stay till she graduates for primary school!

It is clear that Teacher Ting genuinely cares for the kids and that makes a huge difference. My daughter used to be afraid of school, but she has gradually opened up under Teacher Ting’s care; to the extent that Teacher Ting is currently her favorite person in the class!
I sincerely appreciate Teacher Ting’s abundance of patience and kindness. As a parent, it is very reassuring to know that my child is in the hands of someone who not only teaches, but also truly treats the children with empathy and respect.
I am very grateful to have Teacher Ting as part of my daughter’s early learning journey. Teachers like her make a lasting difference in a child’s life

Our daughter has been enrolled in this amazing childcare centre for the last 4 years. The infant care team Teacher Shikin, Jiao Laoshi and Chen Laoshi are experienced, kind and loving. The babies are all handled wonderfully. We were overjoyed to see our little one blossom under their tender care. Compliments to the cook Aunty Ifah and cleaner Aunty Tan as well, for serving up yummy nutritious meals and keeping the school neat and tidy.
Special thanks to Teacher Lina and Teacher Jena for taking such good care of our girl throughout her PG and N1 years. With a strong foundation, she is now doing well academically for her age in N2 under Teacher Aisyah's guidance. Her Mandarin has also improved by leaps and bounds under Li Laoshi. She is able to hold basic conversations, read simple sentences and write beginners' Chinese characters, which is fantastic progress to us. The principal Ms Dil and former principal Ms Farah would also keep us updated about the school activities and organize various learning journeys for the children. Most importantly, our girl enjoys going to school and has a great time with her friends every day. I always look forward to her daily sharing sessions.
As parents, we can rest assured knowing that our child's health, safety and well-being are in good hands at Brilliant Tots Jurong West. If you are considering enrolling your child here, I would recommend it without any hesitation. Happy to know there is a 1 month transition planned before moving to PG.
I love the teachers there! Principal Ms Farah made me feel very welcome from the beginning of registration and even until today. Always greeting and replying all our messages timely. When he just joined IFC, I texted Ms Farah some of my concerns(because the boy was going through sleep regression) and to my surprise I got a call from Teacher Shikin later to inform that he is actually doing well.
My boy was not scared of the other teachers in childcare side which shows that he does interact with them a lot too (my boy takes forever to warm up with people he does not recognise). Everytime we pass by the childcare door, he will stop and look inside and the teachers will wave at him and acknowledge him by name. I am very touched that they remember him eventho they do not teach him :)
My boy has shown lots of development. One day, we played the "Wheels on the bus" song and he started dancing when he hear certain words, which shows he picked it up from school (as I did not teach him that). So happy!
Special shoutout to IFC teachers - Teacher Shikin, Teacher Kavi, Laoshi Jiao, Laoshi Chen as well as Ms Farah. You have given me so much confidence that my boy is well taken care of based on how happy he is at drop off and pick up!

I will definitely recommend Brilliant Tots IFC to any parent looking for quality care for their babies. Teachers are very reliable and pay great attention to my baby's needs (eg washing with water for diaper rash, teaching him to drink water, learning to nap longer) Low teacher to child ratio. Consistent quality across all staff members. Every teacher + teacher assistant I met here are very approachable and accommodating.
Communication with parents is regularly done via the app. Teachers take initiative to share pics of activities more frequently than I expect. I'm also impressed by the variety of activities for infants designed by the teachers (eg baby basket ball, pulling ribbons, painting, picking balls) They never seem to run out of ideas! My baby looks forward to being dropped off at IFC every single day!

Each infant gets a drawer of their own to keep things like diaper, creams, wipes ,etc. Other stuff like clothes, towels, bibs, socks have to be brought and replenished daily when you bring your baby. Things are well-organised and I get daily updates on feeding/napping/diaper through a notebook so it's fuss free. Whenever my son gets a diaper rash, teachers will clean him with water instead of wet wipes to help with his pain. Really super thankful to them for taking care of him so well.

My little girl attended infant care at Brilliant Tots Kensington Square. It was the most convenient for us as we were staying nearby. The staff were absolutely amazing. There were high turnover when my child was there, but it was managed well. There were no lapses in quality. The teachers were very caring and always up to date with my child's situation and needs. The low child- teacher ratio was a blessing. There is also very seamless parent-teacher interaction. I absolutely miss this centre - the family move to the east side and baby change centres for playground, otherwise we would've continued all the way.

I would like to personally acknowledge Miss Jing Wen. who has been here since the start of the year to manage the school. She is a great listener and a good partner to work with to ensuring the best outcomes for the kids be it socially or academically. Absolutely blown away by the recent sports day at Brilliant Tot! The planning was meticulous - they had a carnival area with food and gifts for the kids, and considerate to overtired parents with a barista, and a staging area with bouncing castles divided by age and ability to keep the kids prepped and on time. Principal Dill and the teachers, Ms Zaza, Ms Chen Laoshi, and Ms Farzana, were all fantastic. They were welcoming and energetic despite the obvious fatigue of organising such a big event. This is just an example of how Brilliant Tots goes above and beyond. Every event and school outing they plan is meticulously planned, educational, and entertaining. The school also provides a balanced diet that's clearly made with love - my 2 year old often compliments Ms Rachel on the food! I highly recommend Brilliant Tots to anyone looking for a nurturing and educational preschool.

My daughter has been attending infant care at BrilliantTOTS for more than half a year, and I can safely say that I am very happy with the care that the teachers have been providing. Our daughter always has a smile when she sees the teachers in the mornings when we drop her off at school, and sometimes even looks like she wants to stay longer when we pick her up in the evenings. The teachers also log all meals and hygiene activities regularly throughout the day, providing peace of mind for us working parents.
There was even a recent Sport Day event which they also opened up for infants and our daughter thoroughly enjoyed herself that morning. Many thanks to the teachers for always giving our child a warm and safe environment to grow!

My daughter has been here since infant care. Like other reviews, auntie cooks good food and unsurprisingly my daughter eats more in school than at home. Infant care teachers are sincere about caring for the babies - a teacher once updated us that our baby who didn’t poop the day before finally pooped. It was our first time seeing someone spoke delightfully about pooping.
Enrolment in the older classes seem abit lean so teachers have to cover multiple levels making it tough for parents to expect regular photos and updates of the kids. This hasn’t been an issue for us so far. Very little over the top facilities but the school is situated in front of the neighbourhood playground and teachers get creative and make do with what they have.

What matter most to us in a preschool is not the teaching method (Montessori, Waldorf etc ) or which phonics system (Jolly or Letterland) is being used but who the teachers are and how they educate & care for the kids.
We are truly grateful to the energetic , dedicated and responsive teachers at B tots Jalan Kelulut. I can see how the kids dote on their teachers , when I attended some of the in-school events. Principal Cheryl is also open to feedback and adopts an open communication.
The smaller class size means that the teachers have more attention to each student. We also enjoy making friends with other fellow parents and know all the kids- it is good that they grow together. It is wonderful to see our child learn good habits from peer influence, and how the older kids look out for the younger ones.
Thank YOU teachers for nurturing our little ones with your hearts.

The teachers at Brilliant Tots are truly outstanding—nurturing, patient, and passionate about early childhood education. Special thanks to Teacher Rai, who has taken excellent care of my child, forming strong bonds and giving me great peace of mind. The staff communicates effectively with parents, providing regular video/photos updates on my child’s progress and activities.
Brilliant Tots' comprehensive curriculum balances structured learning and play, fostering cognitive and social development. My child has shown remarkable improvement in language skills, creativity, and social interaction. The center offers various enrichment programs, such as STEM classes, art, and physical activities, which my child eagerly anticipates. The excursions to fish farms, indoor playgrounds, annual sports day and graduation performance are a huge plus.
Overall, Brilliant Tots exceeds our expectations and I highly recommend it to any parent seeking a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for their child.

Communication from the centre is always clear and timely. We appreciate the advance notices about closure days and upcoming activities, which helps us plan ahead without any last-minute surprises.
Overall, Brilliant Tots Bukit Timah has far exceeded our expectations. We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care and education our daughter is receiving and highly recommend this centre to any parents seeking a loving and supportive environment for their little ones.

She is patient, detail-oriented, and I appreciate how she fosters engagement with parents.
The teachers are wonderful, especially his form teacher, who makes commendable efforts to bond with the children. The rest of the teachers are also amazing, and we feel fortunate and happy that we made the right choice. We are at ease knowing our child is in good hands.

Both my children have been with BrilliantTOTs @ Jalan Kelulut since Playgroup. Now my daughter is in K2 (5 years in BT) and my son is in K1 (4 years in BT). Ms Cheryl, the principal, is very responsive and works passionately with parents to give the best care, education and play to the children. The teachers (Teacher Clandra, Jaya and Jason) have also been with the school for all these years. My children grow up with these wonderful teachers. Even midst all the preschool saga about physical punishments, I've never had to worry about this in Brilliant Tots. My children love their school, friends, principal and teachers.

From the moment our daughter started at Brilliant Tots at the tender age of 6 months, we've been continuously impressed and deeply grateful for the nurturing environment provided by the dedicated staff. *Teacher Farzana* and *Teacher Ayu* have been exceptional, offering not just education but genuine care, keeping us updated with precise details about our little one's day.
The level of attention and love extended goes beyond expectations. A memorable instance was when the cook was unavailable, and *Principal Dil* didn't hesitate to step into the kitchen. The fact that she noticed our daughter's enjoyment of her meal and generously shared the recipe speaks volumes of the personal touch that Brilliant Tots offers. The love continues into toddler care as well
Post 18 months, our toddler is thriving in the toddler care program, which is brimming with engaging activities and educational school trips. Her development has been remarkable, a testament to the stimulating curriculum and the efforts of **Ms Zaza** and **Laoshi Chen**, who have introduced her to the joys of learning Mandarin in such an accessible way. (My daughter refers to them as her friends)
We couldn't have asked for a better start for our daughter's educational journey, and we recommend Brilliant Tots to any parent who wants their child to grow in a place that feels like a second home. If ever the kids go in crying they prioritize cheering the child and sending a photo ASAP as an assurance to the worried parent

My LO has been with BT - Kensington since Infant care. It has been 3 years now. Although there has been some staff movement here and there, I will still (highly) recommend this school to the others. Quiet location that is conveniently located near Serangoon / Tai Seng / Bartley area.
Other than the already low teacher / child ratio. We like that the school has a smaller pool of students than other schools. Hence, the teachers are able to focus more on the learning and growing of individual child. Also, fewer viruses spread around with fewer students. The teachers will communicate and post child updates / learning photos through the app. They have a friendly and dynamic Vice-Principal on the ground too!
My LO enjoys attending school every day. Do check the school out if you are considering IFC / Preschool for your LO.

And I can't be grateful enough to have found this gem of a place for him. Ms. Dil has been amazing in making sure he settles in seamlessly. Kept in touch with me to make sure he is getting whatever it takes to feel comfortable. Teacher Za Za and Laoshi have been so amazing and my son loves them! He keeps chatting about them at home. Disappointed with the admin processes. They have not refunded our deposit as yet even though our daughter has withdrawn from the school. The centre's principal is often uncontactible and is hard to communicate our issues with her. Moreover, there was no update everyday about the my daughter's progress and development etc without me asking. I had to ask everyday to ensure that my daughter was developing well. In general was rather disappointed for having signed my daughter up in this centre though they had seemed very professional at the very beginning.

What matter most to us in a preschool is not the teaching method (Montessori, Waldorf etc) or which phonics system (Jolly or Letterhead) is being used but who the teachers are and how they educate & care for the kids. We are truly grateful to the energetic, dedicated and responsive teacher at B tots. I can see how the kids so happy to be around the teachers, when I attended some of the in-school events. Principal Cheryl is also open to feedback and adopts an open communication. The smaller class size means that the teachers have more attention to each student. We also enjoy making friends with other fellow parents and know all the kids - it is good that they grow together. It is wonderful to see our child learn good habits from peer influence and how the older kids look out for the younger ones. Thank you teacher for nurturing our little ones with your hearts.

My baby is currently going to the Infant care. The infant care area is spacious and clean. Teachers are friendly and polite. The centre has a lot of facilities for the childcare programme which I believed boy will enjoy after he joins the childcare. Thumbs up!

Teachers are friendly and the turnover rate of the Teachers is Low. Most of the Teachers have been around for at least 4 to 5 years. And I really like the sports lesson conducted in the centre. My child will always share how he completes the obstacle course during sports lesson.

I enrolled my child because I love how the lessons are conducted. I was invited for a sit in with my child, on his first 2 days of school. Other than observing how lessons were conducted in the class, I was actually taking this opportunity to observe other classes too. I realised that lessons conducted in the other class is organised and children are actively engaged. It was a pleasant sit in experience and my child did not cry as much as what I had expected. He enjoyed himself the most during the sensory lesson.

My child is so much happier in this school now since changes was made after our comment and feedback. He’s now enjoying his time in school, and has been sharing so much about school when he comes back. I’ve compared this centre’s learning materials with another enrichment school- the Maths and English materials by their K2 teacher is good. My child is also able to memorise hanyu pinyin less than a year’s time learning under the teacher.

My child joined in early April this year because they have stable school bus service. I'm impress with their small teacher child and their enrichment classes. Quite special as they do have Korean dance and fitness. I like the Parental involvement every 2 months once which I enjoy alot with my child...

Quite special as they do have Korean dance and fitness. I like the Parental involvement every 2 months once which I enjoy alot with my child as I'm working so this is a good opportunity to have bonding session with my child and get to know the teachers.
