History & Background

Established in Singapore since the year 2000, ELFA operates a network of more than 25 preschool centres in Singapore and China, providing quality education, infant and child care services for children from the age of 2 months to six years old.

ELFA Singapore has four centres providing bilingual Chinese and English half-day and full-day infant and child care services, and preschool curriculum to infants, pre-nursery, nursery and kindergarten levels. We place great emphasis on the acquisition of Chinese oral language and reading skills. We strive to nurture our children’s interest and build a strong foundation in Mandarin with early immersion in the Chinese language and culture. With our strong network of preschools, we are the most awarded Singapore preschool brand in China, attaining excellence in curriculum quality and school management. In Singapore, our teachers and children have won competitions in creative teaching aids, language recitation and abacus. ELFA consistently attains 100% passes for YCT tests sat by K2 students.

Rated 5 stars for bilingual curriculum, ELFA’s children learn and develop holistically through an integrated, interactive and hands-on approach in both Chinese and English language.

The pandemic years have upended preschool life. I am thankful that the teachers and support staff at Elfa Preschool have readily adapted to the changes and overcame the obstacles in order to teach and care for the children, including my daughter. A big heartfelt thank you to all Teachers and staff at ELFA Hougang! We can feel and see the dedication of teachers in nurturing our child. You paid attention to ZhengXi’s needs and instilled a sense of belonging. We see the change in him going from “yay, no school” to “why no school today”. He also... He also beams with pride when he tells others that he studies at ELFA Preschool because his teachers are excellent. We appreciate teachers putting in effort and going the extra mile to make every festive celebration personal for each child. The centre is always nicely decorated with artwork the children worked on.
