Bilingual foundation with immersive Mandarin environment
Option to enrol in EtonHouse Zhong Hua, the first childcare centre in Singapore to deliver the curriculum exclusively in Mandarin. The programme is also offered at EtonHouse Upper Bukit Timah, Vanda, Newton and Quayside Pre-School campuses.
Graduates can enrol in both local and EtonHouse International Primary Schools.
Education Philosophy
The EtonHouse Inquire-Think-Learn curriculum approach is strongly inspired by the Reggio Emilia methodology. All early years learning is inquiry-based and a collaborative enterprise between teachers and children, built upon the interests of the children themselves. Teachers and children co-construct the curriculum. It offers English, Mandarin, Japanese and Hindi as a second language, but this differs between locations.

We enrolled our son here since he was 18 months old and have nothing but praise for the dedication and passion of the principal and her team. From what we observed, the children are very well-taken care of and the curriculum is holistic as evident from our son’s development. Every member of the staff, from teachers to support staff present themselves professionally and at the same time, are also warm and authentic in their interactions. Having our son spend his formative years in Etonhouse 223 is one of the best decisions we ever made.

A friend of mine enrolled her kids with great excitement only to be shocked on day 1 by discovering the numerous lies told by the staff who gave the school tour and helped with the admission process. They were the type of sales people who would lie about everything and anything to get the client in...
A friend of mine enrolled her kids with great excitement only to be shocked on day 1 by discovering the numerous lies told by the staff who gave the school tour and helped with the admission process. They were the type of sales people who would lie about everything and anything to get the client in and later it would be an issue for the operations team. My friend took out the kids after the very first day! K2 core teacher at Mountbatten 718 is not just incompetent and insensitive, but seems out of mind too. She told kids to not to give gifts on birthdays as all classmates are financially well off but to make donations to the school to celebrate birthday by learning to give! How illogical is that considering this is a school that charges 25-30k for preschool fees.
