Senior and Management staff are obnoxious. They will misinterpret parents' feedback as being too demanding and likes to make use of "SOP" to cover themselves for not doing certain things. They tend to overpromise and go overboard when taking actions or making decisions. If they feel they cannot sati... Senior and Management staff are obnoxious. They will misinterpret parents' feedback as being too demanding and likes to make use of "SOP" to cover themselves for not doing certain things. They tend to overpromise and go overboard when taking actions or making decisions. If they feel they cannot satisfy certain parents, they will just suggest to those parents to proceed with withdrawal of the child from their school. Their events and Learning Journeys are not planned properly and children will tend to be neglected in terms of feeding and cleanliness. They also tend to have HFMD cases every month, indicating poor levels of hygiene. They charge exorbitant fees but deliver poor quality of services, citing manpower limitations and other excuses.
