Teachers are nice. But the staff keep changing. Principal keep changing, in fact during the time i was there, there wasnt any principal for good 6mths. Shortage of teachers also that my child keep crying when she go to sch coz teachers keep changing. Admin also left. And my child was there for only... Teachers are nice. But the staff keep changing. Shortage of teachers also that my child keep crying when she go to sch coz teachers keep changing. Admin also left. And my child was there for only a 1 1/2yrs or so. I left bcoz its not up to my expectation. Management issue.

The teachers in Ilham Childcare (East) are great and genuinely care for each child. The staff creates a nurturing and safe environment where kids feel loved and supported. We're absolutely delighted with the all-inclusive program at this childcare centre. They welcome children from all backgrounds, and the curriculum, which includes Islamic subjects and a pre-madrasah entry program, is fantastic. A special shoutout to the supportive staff and to every single teacher..... We're absolutely delighted with the all-inclusive program at this childcare centre. A special shoutout to the supportive staff and to every single teacher.. and also to Teacher Sarah for her exceptional kindness and patience. She's always polite and loving, even in tough situations. She goes above and beyond to ensure our child's comfort, safety, and happiness. Teacher Sarah's dedication is the main reason we've chosen to stay here, despite considering another centre closer to home. The positive changes in our child's development under her care are truly remarkable.
