I have very bad experience with the person who answer the phone. First call, an admin say hello and then hang up the call. Second call, she answers and told her regarding that any available slot for k2? She replied and told me that my phone have problem and i switch to mobile phone to call her. Third call, she pick up the phone than hang up and the last call no one answer. Is very bad, service. Find out from the website that there is no available slot. At least say it honestly instead made us like a fool. Sembawang admin ppis. You must improve your service.
