SAM'S EARLY LEARNING CENTRE

For thirty years, Sam’s Early Learning Centre has provided young children aged 18 months to 6 years. (infant care was introduced in 2008 )
In 2007 a purpose built building was built for infants, providing lots of light, fresh air and crawling space for infants. (the building is also air-conned)
A high calibre curriculum is designed by a teacher with Masters Degree in Education with a major in curriculum and instruction from Michigan State University. The supervisor Mrs Mageswary holds a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood from SIM - she has thirty years of experience.

The curriculum combines British, American and Montessori aspects thus the produce is a unique curriculum which is conducive to learning and fun. This involves a balance between formal academics and outdoor activities.
Each child learns at his/her own pace. Each class has three teachers, while Montessori is included in our many faceted programmes; this is solely to provide exposure to the unique equipment and methodology. We do not believe that pure Montessori prepares or jels well with the primary school setting.
Computer, Montessori, Speech and Drama including a unique intensive Mandarin class every Saturday are provided at no extra cost at all.

As our daily program encompasses all subjects such as Computer, Montessori, Speech, Drama, Abacus, Calligraphy and Saturday intensive classes all covered by one fee. We do not feel the need for extra Enrichment programs.
