I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the way this brand has handled its operations and the sudden decision to permanently close its doors with less than two months’ notice to families.
Finding quality childcare is already incredibly challenging, with many reputable centers having waitlists of six months to a year. This abrupt announcement has left dozens of working parents scrambling to find alternatives, causing unnecessary stress and uncertainty for families who trusted this center to provide stability and care for their children.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is the lack of clear, meaningful communication regarding transition support and the refund of our deposits. Before the announcement, everything appeared to be business as usual, making the sudden closure even more difficult to understand and prepare for.
Families deserve transparency, accountability, and sufficient time to make alternative arrangements, especially when their children’s care and daily routines are at stake. The way this closure has been communicated has left many parents feeling blindsided, unsupported, and deeply let down.
I strongly encourage other parents to carefully consider their options before placing their trust in this brand. A childcare provider’s responsibility extends beyond day-to-day operations; it also includes communicating responsibly and treating the families who depend on them with consideration and respect, particularly during difficult transitions.
