My kid was there for roughly one year. Compared with her other sport classes (swimming, gymnastics, and track and field), this Taekwondo class is least worthy. We withdrew due to the following reasons:
1. Progress is slow. My kid told us in some classes the instructors just let students repeat what... My kid was there for roughly one year. Compared with her other sport classes (swimming, gymnastics, and track and field), this Taekwondo class is least worthy. We withdrew due to the following reasons:
1. Progress is slow. My kid told us in some classes the instructors just let students repeat what they had learnt in the last lesson, and the instructors stood by and chatted instead of teaching/ correcting students.
2. We signed up for weekly class, but for almost every grading exam, have to take extra classes (otherwise need to wait for long time for the next grading exam), so we always need to reschedule our arrangements.
3. In their 50th anniversary celebration, the grandmaster Kim seminars (lasting for 1h) was counted 1 lesson towards grading requirements, i.e. one lesson will be deducted from the package if you attend the seminar. Meanwhile, they called for parents volunteers to support them in the anniversary. I feel if they charge parents for listening to the grandmaster’s talk, they should purchase additional service to support the anniversary instead of asking parents for work for them for free.
