Established in Singapore since the year 2000, ELFA operates a network of more than 25 preschool centres in Singapore and China, providing quality education, infant and child care services for children from the age of 2 months to six years old.

ELFA Singapore has four centres providing bilingual Chinese and English half-day and full-day infant and child care, and preschool curriculum to infants, pre-nursery, nursery, and kindergarten levels.
