🐟Dance along to the story of “Hooray for Fish!”

Marrying music and story captivates the children and develops retention of the story that is told. Having such an activity stimulates the children’s senses and encourages them to respond with their bodies, demonstrating the beginnings of creative expression and enjoyment of learning.

🐟Make a sea bottle

The children are actively engaged through crafting their own sea bottles while receiving subtle reinforcement of the sounds of water. This further helps them in relating to sound words (splosh, splash and splish) associated with water.

🐟Explore spots and stripes on dough

Associating patterns using the familiar visuals from the book helps the children contextualize their learning. The children are provided with the opportunity to observe simple cause and effect in producing imprints.
