Made some queries with the management and was impressed with their professionalism, speed of response as well as service attitude. PlayFACTO @ Bedok Central is yet to be opened but with my experience thus far corresponding with them, I have every confidence in placing my children under their care. After hunting around for after school care, I am rather excited that PlayFACTO will be opening a new branch at Bedok Central which is so near to my place of residence. Whilst the branding speaks for itself, after interacting with the staff about placements for the coming year, I have come to realise... After hunting around for after school care, I am rather excited that PlayFACTO will be opening a new branch at Bedok Central which is so near to my place of residence. Whilst the branding speaks for itself, after interacting with the staff about placements for the coming year, I have come to realise they are a warm and helpful bunch who seem to have going beyond regular service hardwired into their delivery. Looking forward to hearing stories about this place from my nephew next year! :)

I had such a pleasant experience dealing with the management of PlayFACTO School @ Bedok Central. Most of my queries were answered by the management in great detail, the rest would be brought up when we meet for the tour which has been arranged in a few weeks to come. With such conscientious follow ups, I feel at ease with leaving my little one here for his after school care needs as well as to learn about coding and robotics and creative maths!
