Centre is bigger in space, likes the bright feel. Fees has gone up to 700 per month and also charge you for gst for everything your purchase there. Higher fees than many other centres as far as I know. One teacher was quite impatient and said some horrible words to my kid due to the kid not willing... Higher fees than many other centres as far as I know. One teacher was quite impatient and said some horrible words to my kid due to the kid not willing to do homework. Also, since termination notice, they completely stopped communicating with parent about how the kid is progressing in learning. Something very unprofessional.

So grateful there is a new PlayFACTO school opened near our place so my child can spend quality time enjoy learning and spending time with friends after school. The school manager is very caring and sends photos to us every day to update us about our child. The school is very well balanced to take c... So grateful there is a new PlayFACTO school opened near our place so my child can spend quality time enjoy learning and spending time with friends after school. The school manager is very caring and sends photos to us every day to update us about our child. The school is very well balanced to take care of their students' overall well-being from diets to learning. My child enjoys his lunch a lot, he can finish his lunch very fast and requests for second serving. This schools gives us peace of mind when we are busy with our work and I know my child is being well taken care of. Well done PlayFACTO and keep up your great effort! :)

Made the best decision to change my daughter’s student care to Playfacto at Jurong East! Am very pleased with the environment, food, activities etc! My daughter is always very excited to go every morning. The head of the centre will always keep me up to date on relevant matters and the teachers are... I am pleased with the consistent update/feedback provided by the centre head (Ms Hwee Li) and her team on my boy who just joins the ctr. Their reply was prompt. According to my boy, the teachers there are patient, approachable & friendly. It is a conducive learning environment. I also enrolled my so... No regrets to transfer my daughter to Playfacto right after we visited the centre on the opening day. The in charge person, Ms Hwee Li is very responsive and responsible. She will update us regularly on the activities that my daughter having in the centre. Totally no issue on centre hygiene and clea... Totally no issue on centre hygiene and cleanliness which I faced in other student care before, the centre is perfectly clean. My daughter adapts well and loves to go centre everyday.
